When you bring your car to us we will start by diagnosing the issue using our up-to-date diagnostic equipment. Once diagnosed we can discuss the necessary work and the best, value-for-money solution for you.
Can you do brake work?
We can replace worn brake pads and replace brake discs if they become worn or even warped. These areas will also be checked when you have your car serviced with us.
I’ve been told I need a new clutch, can you help?
Yes, we can adjust your clutch or replace a clutch on your car depending on which is the best solution.
Can you fix my exhaust?
We can repair your exhaust or replace your exhaust and will let you know what options are available to you when we see your car. We have full height “four poster ramps” which mean we can get to the exhaust quickly and easily and replace or repair whichever sections need attention.
Do you guarantee your work?
For your reassurance, in addition to the warranty offered on the individual parts by the manufacturer we offer a year’s warranty on the work we undertake on your car. Please ask for more details – your satisfaction is highly important to us.
Help! My car has broken down!
Breaking down can be very stressful or, at best, frustrating. If you are stuck at the side of the road call your roadside assistance provider (AA, RAC, Green Flag or similar) who will usually have a 24 hour helpline.
They will be able to check minor faults quickly and may even be able to repair your car there and then. If the problem is more complicated to fix, depending on your level of cover they will take you to your nearest garage or a garage of your choice.
If you find out you don’t have this cover included simply call us on 01494 670510 during opening hours and we will do everything we can to you from there. Outside of our opening hours you could try a local company called RS Recovery on 01494 512955.
